Details about the offer:
Not Automated Onboarding Process: The code for automating the onboarding process is nearly complete. It is written in Python but requires further development. A semi-senior Python developer with experience in Flask, Replit DevOps, and webhooks could finalize it in a couple of days. The current manual process is as follows:
-User fills out and pays via Tally form.
-I run a Python script to capture User data and create a website file.
-I deploy the website file on Replit (deployment takes about 2 minutes).
-I send an email to the User with onboarding instructions and their page's URL.
Domain and Hosting: I provide the domain, which is purchased on Hostinger.
After-Sales Support: I can offer asynchronous support to help with installing the product in a Replit.
Backend Capacity: The product's backend I suspect can handle up to 1000 concurrent users. While this capacity has not yet been tested, it should be scaled if the user base grows significantly.
Google Analytics Integration: The product includes Google Analytics, but there is no internal tool to view these metrics. An analytics page should be developed.
Rebranding Needs: The current logo resembles that of a Linux OS distribution, which is not ideal. A new logo and potentially a better product name would be beneficial.
Deployment Costs: The product costs $20 per month to deploy on a Replit Core account, which provides a ready-to-deploy backend with one click and a private code repository with great compute power (page loads fast).
Assets Provided: Background images, custom 3D geometries, marketing assets, and social media account details (if rebranding does not occur) will be provided.
Payment Gateway: The payment gateway is Stripe. You will need to change the API key in the Tally form to receive payments.
Current Deployment Issues: The product is currently deployed on Vercel due to cost constraints with Replit Core. Unfortunately, this has harmed the user experience (UX) on mobile, particularly on Safari browsers on iPhones. The core feature, which is a new website UX/UI approach, works better on Replit (on mobile), it shoud be tested more. To improve UX, I considered limiting the mobility of the camera to make the product easier to use.
